    I am taking these 10000 iu’s vitamin D tablets for a while as my blood tests showed I was low on vitamin D.Some people are suggesting I am taking too much,but I plan on having another blood test in March after I have taken them for 3 months and find out the level in my blood, if satisfacory I will then revert to 4000 iu’s and using the suns rays sensibly.
