Shipping policy
How and when your order reaches you. We dispatch from the United Kingdom and ship worldwide.
Dispatch times
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You’ll receive an email with tracking once your parcel is on its way.
Delivery — UK
Standard UK delivery is typically 2–4 working days via tracked courier. Delivery is free on all UK orders.
Delivery — International
International orders are sent by tracked service and typically arrive within 5–14 working days depending on destination and local customs.International delivery is always paid based on Shopify rates at checkout.
Customs & duties
International parcels may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days, or a parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected window, get in touch at info@mothernature.store and we’ll help track it down

Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your order. Here’s how returns and refunds work.
30-day returns
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons we’re unable to accept opened or partially-used supplements unless the item is faulty.
How to start a return
Email info@mothernature.store with your order number and the items you’d like to return. We’ll confirm the return address and next steps. Return postage is arranged by the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 3 working days. We’ll email you when it’s done.
Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll put it right at no cost to you — a replacement or full refund, your choice.
Your statutory rights
None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
