I honestly bought this just to see if it would help in any way to build more muscle mass and increase energy while exercising. I’ve only been using it for about 3 weeks and I haven’t noticed any energy increase but it does seem to work on adding flaccid length lol I didn’t know that was one of the side effects but I’ve definitely added at least an inch in that regard.
