    Therefore, be aware if you purchase from this seller, you’re likely not going to get good customer service skills. They were useless in resolving an issue where they mailed my product to an old address from over 15 years ago. And I confirmed that Etsy has my new, updated address on file.     I think this was extremely helpful if you take this combined with clean eating habits and exercise. It doesn’t have to be anything crazy. 100 push ups a day, combined with fasting and 6-7 hours of sleep and you won’t just see the difference but you will feel it. Good stuff.
