Yes these Valerian Caps work great! I do miss the Valerian smell though from a few years back from you when you sold them on eBay Ive noticed though in general nearly all the Valerian supplement Caps I have purchased nowadays from different suppliers have lost lost the lovely original smell lolll I suppose I’d have to purchase the raw root and make a brew to get the original stink which I love lolll.
These Valerian Caps work well though that’s the main thing! strong smell or not !

I tried everything to help me sleep and nothing worked. I decided to try the herbal route and I found Valerian was brilliant. Take a couple of hours before sleeping at night. Your body relaxes and you drift into sleep. They have a real calming affect. There’s no drowsiness next day aswell.
